Deadline approaching for the Mayor's Entrepreneur competition

The Mayor's Entrepreneur competition asks London’s students to come up with an idea to make London a more sustainable place for the chance to win £20,000 to start up their own business, as well as receive expert mentoring from the staff at City Hall.

UEL is yet to have a winner but for the first time ever, the competition will offer three £20,000 awards in the following categories for ideas in the environmental, technology and creative industries. The competition is free to enter, as many times as you want, either as a team or individually.

All you need is an idea, no business plan needs to be set up.

Previous semi-finals have set up their own businesses due to the publicity from the competition, so this alone can help you take one step closer to your reaching your business dreams!
