UEL is incredibly proud of the team of student volunteers that worked to promote the sellout conference 'Resorting to the Coast' that will take place on Friday 27th April. This one-day event, organised by UEL and a number of partners that include Essex County Council and Tendring District Council, will look at the issues around promoting the heritage of the 'Great British Seaside Holiday'. Including whether it still appeals to the masses and whether it should be reinvented, rather than preserved.
The students volunteers responsible for the popularity of the upcoming event were:
Katie Holland (Social Media)
Laetitia Zanga (Graphic Designer for the programme)
Naomi Nanor and Amy Marks (Conference Activities and Events Management)
Rebecca Gilchrist and Jessica Currie (Programme Co-ordinators)
